About this policy

Voyager operates the affiliate programme and is responsible for the affiliate information described here. This policy covers affiliate applications, portal access, referral administration and payouts. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. It does not describe every use of data when you separately purchase an eSIM.

Information we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, email, country, preferred currency, main target market and any sharing channel you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information or customer lists in free-text answers. We record the terms version you accept, acceptance time, a keyed hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent. Account records include your affiliate code, login identifier, account status, referral activity and commission information. We also process support correspondence and, when needed for a payout, beneficiary and tax information supplied separately. Authentication is handled through our authentication provider; the registration form does not ask for a password.

Why we use it

We use this information to process your application, send your account invitation, provide secure dashboard access, administer referrals and commissions, arrange payouts, answer requests and meet legal or accounting duties. Country and target-market information help us understand your audience and administer the programme. Security information helps prevent duplicate submissions, spam and misuse. Depending on applicable law, we rely on steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of the affiliate agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the programme. Where consent is required for a separate purpose, we request it separately. Registration is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Who receives information

Access is limited to authorised Voyager personnel and service providers involved in the programme. These include Supabase for database and authentication services, Resend for invitation and service emails, and DigitalOcean for hosting. Wise or another agreed payment provider receives the details needed for your payout. Providers process technical and delivery information as part of their services. We may disclose relevant records to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations, disputes or protection of rights. We do not sell affiliate registration information.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable privacy protections may differ between countries. Where a transfer requires safeguards or another legal basis, we must use an applicable transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data; selecting a country or accepting affiliate terms is not a blanket waiver of your privacy rights.

Cookies and browser storage

The portal uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sessions and site preferences. The website also stores referral information to support attribution. Blocking required session cookies may prevent login. This registration form does not add an advertising or marketing subscription.

Retention and security

We keep account and referral information while needed to operate the affiliate relationship and then as necessary for outstanding payouts, recordkeeping, legal duties and disputes. The relevant purpose and applicable legal period determine retention; closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Short-lived signup rate-limit counters are removed when older than two hours during subsequent onboarding requests. We use access controls, restricted database permissions and encrypted HTTPS connections, but no system is risk-free. Please protect your password and report suspected misuse promptly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal duties or claims. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Email [email protected]; we may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Required application details are necessary to create and administer your account; the sharing-channel field is optional.

Updates

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and notify affected affiliates of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
