- EID shown → your device supports eSIM.
- No EID → it doesn’t.
- iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for an EID row.
- Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks (or SIM Manager). Names vary by maker.
- Confirm your phone is carrier-unlocked — a locked phone can’t use a foreign eSIM.
